What Is Full Management?

This is a service provided by letting agents to help protect and maintain your property to its original standard, fair wear and tear excepted.

What Type Of Tenancy Agreement Do You Use?

All tenants are required to sign a Short Assured Tenancy Agreement under the provisions of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 for a minimum fixed term of six months or a non-housing act company lease.

What Do You Do For Your Fees?

Full management service may include marketing as appropriate, tenant referencing, preparation of tenancy agreement and legal notices, preparation of inventory and schedule of condition, transfer of utilities, rent guarantee insurance cover (subject to terms and conditions), inspection of properties. Is Letting Safe And Can I Get My Property Back?

It’’s safe provided the tenancy agreement is properly drawn up and the correct Notices served. Then, in cases where legal action is needed for repossession, the court should make an order in the landlord’s favour.
